Then we make our way up to the floor where the entrance is. The entrance is really bright, it’s glass, has really tall ceilings and a revolving door. We go through the door, and into the gallery. And then—it’s kind of like this moment—your brain becomes less busy—there is something that happens when you go into a gallery.​ We start making our way through and we just let our minds wonder. Most of the time I don’t know what it means, but there is something that I feel.

I started thinking that, if we could do that with change—give people a way to feel more about what they are going through, then maybe we have a better chance at making that change easier on them, and less invasive on the organization as well. It's just giving people a way to draw their own insights about what is happening.
